- Custom slow feed hay feeders in every paddock

- Tack-room with individual tack lockers. Bonus "rider-lockers" located in main hall

- Heated lounge complete with cable TV, poker table, full kitchen, Keurig, bathroom and shower

- Indoor riding arena (70' by 140')

- Outdoor arena with sand footing and new fencing (65' by 140')

- A second smaller arena has been added with lighting for evening riding
